The Cottage is an ideal, sunny base
for house-hunting being centrally situated in the Gers, 5 miles from Condom. The back bedroom has good views and would
make an inspiring writer's or artist's studio.

Charming 3 bedroom stone house with pretty vine-covered
terrace and little garden with far-reaching views across to the Pyrenees, just along from the main square of the Bastide town
of Valence-sur-Baïse (see La Residence) Decorated sympathetically from local antique markets.
The two double
bedrooms and one single bedroom each lead onto the upstairs shower room with wc. Additional shower room/wc downstairs. The
smaller back bedroom has a beautiful view across the ramparts to the Pyrenees. The fully-equipped little kitchen leads into
a large morning/living room with french window onto the sunny vine-covered terrace and little garden.
There are electric
convector heaters in all the rooms and a woodburning stove in the living room. Please note electricity is charged for
winter lets.
The living room has space for a sofa bed on request.
Cot, bunk beds, high chair, playpen all
